For a crime saga, GTA 6’s officially confirmed gang roster is still short — which tells you how much Rockstar is holding back. On the record via official material:
- PTT Youngin$ — a street gang, name straight from official material
- Final Chapter MC — an outlaw motorcycle club (the name is a very GTA joke about biker-gang life expectancy)

Rockstar’s official character bios sketch a fuller underworld than the gang list does: Jason and Lucia get pulled into a criminal network spanning drug runners, fixers and veteran operators — including Raul Bautista, a seasoned bank robber assembling crews, and Boobie Ike, a Vice City hustler-turned-businessman.
