Digital products

If a digital purchase is broken, not delivered, or materially not as described, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you in full. Because digital files can't be "returned," we don't refund simple change-of-mind after download — but if something's wrong, we make it right.

Physical merchandise

Damaged or misprinted items: send a photo within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. Change of mind: contact us within 14 days of delivery; unused items in original condition can be returned (buyer pays return shipping).

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval, processed through our payment provider.
